Attendees can shop the fiber-focused market with over 30 vendors offering yarns, crocheting and knitting notions, dyes, clothing, jewelry, and more. Visitors of all ages will learn about the fiber arts from weavers, spinners, basket makers, felters, and other artists through demonstrations and hands-on workshops and activities. Pre-registration is recommended for workshops that include ice-dyeing, beginning drop spindle, needle felting trinket bowls (Saturday only), turning crocheted granny squares into a small chicken, and learning decorative cast-on and bind-off knitting techniques (Saturday only). There are also many fun make and take activities, like creating a mug rug on a rigid heddle loom, bobbin lace making, Cherokee-style basket construction (Sunday only), and more.
